We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roku Inc., Amazon Inc., Apple Inc., Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, TCL, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, or any other streaming platform, device manufacturer, or cable provider. All platform names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
StreamEasyHelp provides independent phone-based assistance including streaming device setup, cord cutting consultation, streaming app installation guidance, WiFi connectivity assistance, and device troubleshooting. We guide users through solutions -- we do not remotely access your devices.
Our service charges a fee. This fee will be clearly communicated to you before any charge is made. By proceeding after fee disclosure, you agree to pay. All fees are in US Dollars.
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training. Callers are notified at the start of any recorded call. See our Call Recording Policy for full details.
While we strive to resolve every issue in one call, we cannot guarantee resolution of every setup issue as results may depend on your specific device, internet connection, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamEasyHelp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service session in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
